ITU, the leading United Nations agency for information and communication technology, seeks the most promising tech startups with ideas on how to encourage entrepreneurship with a focus on technology in local communities around the world. This could be done by startups providing access to resources, education, incubation, startup capital, investment and support to new startups, and on connecting startups with one another, with potential employees and with mentors and experts.
